The hourly fee for the services of an attorney ranges from CZK 2,000 to CZK 3,000 and is determined by the number of hours the attorney actually spends processing the case for the client.<\/p>\n

The fee for the services of an advocate is determined by the number of acts of legal service that the advocate performs for the client in a particular case (the fixed amount for one act is then determined by the advocate’s tariff according to the nature of the case, with the proviso that the amount of the tariff-based fee may be adjusted accordingly after agreement with the client).<\/p>\n

The remuneration for the services of an attorney is arranged in a fixed amount for the complete handling of the case, the amount of which is agreed with the client upon acceptance of representation (a lump sum fee may be arranged in particular in cases in which the total scope of the attorney’s activity can be estimated in advance – e.g. in commercial law when establishing a company).<\/p>\n

The fee for the services of an attorney is the same each month, with the advantageous number of hours the attorney spends handling legal services for the client included in the lump sum.
